The digital meeting

The services where the citizen gets information or cummunicates in some way with the municipality in real time, for example with the municipal Contact Center, are called the digital meeting.

The Contact Center

The Contact Center of the City of Malmö is the way in to the municipality for the citizens and the place where they can get answers and help with their questions, with the purpose to enhance the accessability and give an equal service to all.

The Contact Center also informs on how the city uses e-services and develops the citizens personal web sites.
