The average performance assessment still on a higher level than before

  • The average level of performance assessments in 16/17 is at about the same level as the year before, in all big cities and nationally
  • The average performance assessment in Malmö's municipal schools is at the level of the national average
  • Stockholm's municipal schools have a significantly higher average performance assessment than the other big cities and the national average

Newly arrived students means students who came to Sweden in the last 4 years and who haven't lived in Sweden or attended a swedish school before. Students with unknown background means students who lack information of personal identity number, for example if they haven't been registered in Sweden yet.

The national definition of newly-arrived is 4 years if arriving after school start.
