Planning for rising sea levels

Planning for rising sea levels

How do we deal with rising sea levels in coastal communities while also living up to the commitments of goal 14?

Rising sea levels entail tough challenges for coastal communities. How can cities and regions act to secure future societal functions and to avoid risks to populations?

And how can our measures to protect these communities be shaped so as to avoid damaging the marine life found along these coastlines?

In this dialogue seminar, we will discuss the issue based on experience gained in Sweden, the Maldives and the UK.
