Digitalisation of the social welfare process
The workforce at the jobmarket and social services department is educated in service design, an exploratory approach with the goal to create the best user experience possible. It's amongst other things a concrete method where the municipality can involve the users in the different steps of the developing process and collect input and receive feedback. As the social services digitalised the application form for financial aid a new e-service was chosen and the users were involved in the developing process.
During this study visit the municipality is also able to inform about welfare technique within the City of Malmö.
