Visit Katrinetorp

Welcome to Katrinetorp manor – a pastoral idyllic setting filled with greenery and flower fragrance, situated in the outskirts of Malmö, close to the Öresund Bridge.

Katrinetorp was originally built in the first quarter of the 19th century, for one of Malmö's wealthiest trade families. It is a country estate consisting of gardens and an English landscape park in the latest European fashion of the period.

Katrinetorp, one of the best preserved empire style manor houses in Sweden, provides a living historic environment. The buildings and the garden have gone through a gentle restoration and are today used in various types of activities, such as markets, fairs, parties and meetings.

The east wing houses Katrinetorp's Garden Café, which is run by Gourmetgården. What once was a backyard of the barn has been converted to an open-air café. During the harvest season, many of the vegetables from Katrinetorp's kitchen garden are used in the kitchen.

Our shop in the west wing offers books, building maintenance items, candles, swedish linen, porcelain, ceramics, etc.
