The Eurovision Song Contest 2024 will take place in the Malmö Arena next to the train station Hyllie. Alongside the song contest, the city of Malmö will host the official fan zone Eurovision Village at the iconic Folkets Park, EuroClub and the Grand Final Party at the Malmö Live Congress and Concert Hall, and a buzzling programme along the Eurovision Street. Everything easily accessible with public transportation, by bike or even by foot.

Eurovision Village

Folkets Park, Sweden's oldest public park and one of Malmö's most beloved places, will be transformed into Eurovision Village from 4-11 May. Eurovision Village will be a central location for the festivities during the week of the contest and a place where fans, Malmö residents and other visitors can meet. In the Eurovision Village you will find the Euphoria Stage, Tattoo Stage, Dancing Queen Stage and several other venues. This is where the action is!

Eurovision Village is centrally located and easy to get to by public transport or bicycle from Malmö C, Triangeln station and Hyllie station. The area is open to everyone, there is no age limit and admission is free. Keep in mind that there is a bag ban and that a lot of people are expected so come in good time!

Eurovision Village is open every day between 11:00 and 23:00- On the final night, May 11th, it will remain open until the public viewing is over (around 01.00).

Eurovision Street

Eurovision Street runs along Friisgatan, a popular car-free street in Malmö filled with restaurants and cafés. Taking you between Triangeln station and Eurovision Village, the street is a place to stop, experience and socialise during Eurovision Week.

Malmö Live

Malmö Live Congress and Concert Hall will be a house filled with parties during the Eurovision Song Contest. Here, Malmö invites to the opening ceremony and the closing Grand final party for a celebration of music and community, with a playful programme in between.

Malmö Live will also host the Turquoise carpet and EuroClub.

Malmö Live's location, just a stone's throw away from Malmö Central Station, offers a few minutes train ride to and from Malmö Arena and Eurovision Village.

Please note that there is a bag ban at Malmö Live on 4-12 May!

Malmö Arena

Malmö Arena, located near Hyllie station, will serve as the vibrant backdrop to the world’s largest music competition with more than 180 million viewers worldwide. Audience can partake in nine shows taking place on May 6 to 11. The live shows are broadcast from Malmö Arena on May 7, 9, and 11.

In addition to the main stage, Malmö Arena, together with Malmömässan, will serve as the epicenter for delegation facilities and media resources, ensuring the best conditions for seamless operations and top-tier support for participants and press.

Taking merely 3 and 7 minutes by train, Hyllie station provides swift access to the other two Eurovision hubs: Eurovision Village, situated within walking distance from Triangeln station, and Malmö Live at Malmö Central Station.

Malmö C

Welcome to Malmö! Outside Glashallen at Malmö Central, visitors will be greeted by surprising pop-ups: choirs, dance groups and orchestras making sure we are all ‘United by music, united by Malmö’.

When the Eurovision Song Contest arrives, the host city Malmö invites everyone to a lively celebration of openness and inclusivity, which will be noticeable throughout the city from May 4-11. The aim is to offer something for all fans, visitors, and residents. There will be music and culture on stages, in clubs, at parties, and in pop-up events.

The music lineup will be diverse, reflecting both the mainstream and niche genres, aiming to mirror both Malmö and Sweden. There will be fixed stages as well as mobile performances.

Collaboration with local entities and organisers is a crucial aspect, involving the city's cultural institutions as well as independent cultural scenes, and thriving business community.

Restaurants, bars and venues across Malmö will host additional events just for Eurovision.
