Högläsning: Legenden om Sally Jones

Välkommen till en mysig eftermiddag på påsklovet – där vi läser högt, pratar, fikar och målar.

I boken Legenden om Sally Jones följer vi den kända gorillans resa från Kongos djungel till Istanbul, där hon möter nya människor och upplever spännande händelser.

Bibliotekarien Susanna läser både på svenska och engelska, eftersom bokserien nu finns på båda språken. Det ger en möjlighet att uppleva berättelsen och språket på två sätt.

Under träffen samtalar vi om berättelsen och de olika

karaktärerna i trilogin om Sally Jones. Vi avslutar med en skapande stund där du får måla inspirerat av bokens fantastiska illustrationer.

Reading Aloud from The Legend of Sally Jones

Do you want to get to know the gorilla Sally Jones and her adventurous life? During this session, we will read the first part of the book The Legend of Sally Jones and follow her journey from the jungles of Congo to Istanbul, where she meets new people and experiences exciting events. We will read in both Swedish and English, since the book series is now available in both languages. This provides an opportunity to experience the story and the language in two ways. During the session, we will discuss the story and the different characters in the Sally Jones trilogy. We will end with a creative moment where you can paint inspired by the book’s fantastic illustrations.
