Residential tower in Västra Varvsstaden
Varvsstaden AB, in collaboration with the City of Malmö, hereby invites architectural teams to submit an expression of interest to participate in a parallel assignment for the architectural design of a 23-storey building (75.5 m in total height) in Västra Varvsstaden, located in the historic heart of Malmö’s harbour.
The building is planned as a residential tower with a public ground floor. The parallel assignment will take place in conjunction with the public consultation stage of the detailed development plan in which the building is included.
Prequalification
Submission of the prequalification shall be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the invitation, no later than 23:59 on 26 November 2025.
