Para-handball
The City of Malmö works actively with a socially sustainable development for decreased differences in health. The investment within para-handball will contribute to a more inclusive society.
To be active in a sport makes us feel better both physically and mentally, it creates social networks, it makes you achieve better results in school and to make it in the workplace. By creating better conditions for people with disabilities we will be able to contribute to this.
This is what you can expect:
During the build up to the World Championship
- Practices and games for the para-handball teams in HF Syd.
- A regional para-handball camp with a tournament for the para-handball teams in HF Syd.
During the World Championship
- An international exchange in para-handball, Sweden and Denmark, with lectures and games.
- Try-on activities together with FIFH/HK Malmö para-handball and the special needs schools of Malmö.
The investment is possible thanks to collaborations with FIFH/HK Malmö para-handball and the special needs schools of Malmö.
