Historical tour of Torup Castle
Welcome to Torup Castle! On a guided tour, you get to see the castle's magnificent parlors, including the famous dining room with its golden leather wallpaper from the 17th century.
Welcome to Torup Castle is one of the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles from the 16th century!
Our knowledgeable guides will tell you about Torup's long history with many fascinating life stories - from the castle's builder Mrs Görvel Fadersdotter Sparre to ‘Skåne's uncrowned queen’ Baroness Henriette Coyet, who around the turn of the 20th century made Torup a meeting point for Sweden's cultural elite. The castle with its Arts & Crafts-inspired park and the nearby recreation area Bokskogen is the perfect destination for a day trip.
Entrance: 100 kr. Children and Youth under 18 (in company of an adult) - free entrance: 0 kr

Tickets can also be purchased at Entré Torup during its opening hours with the reservation that it may be sold out.
Please note that entry and assembly at the castle takes place 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The castle is unfortunately not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments and/or wheelchair users and has many stairs. Consumption of food and drink is not allowed inside the castle.
