Sustainable Urban Development
Malmö is multi award-winning and internationally known for work on sustainable urban development at Western Harbour and the eco-city called Ekostaden Augustenborg. Presently, new climate-friendly neighborhoods are being created in Hyllie and Sege Park.

Sorgenfri is the oldest industrial site in Malmö and is being transformed into a sustainable residential area.
In the calmness of Sege Park you shall find the green community near the city center. Here a residential area with premises for commerce and public service is created with cultivation and sustainable sollutions.
