Reporting Absence

Notification of illness should be made by telephone on 040-684 94 42 by entering in the student's 10-digit Swedish personal ID number (YYMMDD-XXXX).

Notification of absences for the entire day must be made by 10.00 am that day.

In the case of several days' absence, notification must be made each day of absence. For absence of more than 5 days, a doctor’s note should be given to the mentor.
