New Learning Portal in Autumn 2024

At the start of the 2024/2025 school year, the Compulsory School Administration will switch to a new learning portal called Unikum.

Unikum is a digital tool where you, as a guardian, can easily follow and be involved in your child's everyday life, development and learning at school. Both via your mobile phone and computer. In Unikum, you can find assessments, information from teachers and also book parent-teacher conferences. The Unikum learning portal will facilitate communication between the school, parents and students.

The Unikum learning portal replaces InfoMentor, which means that you will not be able to log in to InfoMentor from August. The existing documentation that is currently found in InfoMentor will be moved to Unikum.

Download the Unikum Familj app via App Store or Google Play to have information from the school sent directly to your mobile. You can also log in to Unikum via your web browser.

Log in to Unikum

You will be able to log in to Unikum with Freja+ or BankID from 15 August.

What is Freja+?

Freja+ is a government approved mobile electronic identification service, which is used for identification. Freja+ can be used for online identification, for example, to log in to electronic services, or for physical identification just as with any physical ID card.

What is BankID?

Use the BankID app to identify yourself. You can log in with a security code, face recognition or fingerprint depending on what your mobile phone supports and what you prefer.

Sign-in for custodians with a temporary personal identity number (TF number) to Unikum using a Freja eID

Custodians need to get a Freja e-ID to be able to sign into Unikum. To access a Freja e-ID, custodians with a temporary personal identity number need to apply using a proven coordination number.

The application is made at one of the government service offices. To prove a coordination number, an appointment needs to be made at one of the government service offices in the City.

If the custodian does not have a coordination number, they can apply for a coordination number at one of the government service offices in the City by filling in the Swedish Tax Agency’s form SKV7540, either electronically or via a print-out that can be supplied and filled in at the office used.

There are four service offices in the City of Malmö:
Värnhems servicekontor, Köpcenter Entré, Fredsgatan 23
City servicekontor, Östergatan 16B
Mobilia servicekontor, Per Albin Hanssons väg 32E
Rosengård servicekontor, Frölich väg 3
